Miami-Dade County is gearing up for one of its biggest recreation projects yet — a 47-acre multi-sport mega park planned right across from Trump National Doral. 🌴⚽

The project will feature up to seven tournament-size soccer fields, a stadium field, pickleball and tennis courts, plus a recreation center with concessions and retail space. But here’s what makes it even more interesting — it’s a public-private partnership. That means a private developer will finance, build, and operate the park while paying the county over $2.4 million in annual rent once it’s open.

With the land valued at $37.5 million and an Industry Day held in September, this massive sports complex at NW 58th Street and 87th Avenue is officially moving forward, bringing exciting recreational opportunities to Doral and beyond.
