A1RWATER Moves Global HQ from Abu Dhabi to Hialeah, Bringing Jobs and Innovation to South Florida
HIALEAH, FL — A groundbreaking water technology company from the Middle East is making Miami-Dade County its new home.A1RWATER, a global leader in atmospheric water generation, announced it will relocate its world headquarters and production facility from Abu Dhabi to Hialeah, marking a major milestone for South Florida’s growing innovation economy.
The company has leased 112,000 square feet at 4341 W. 108th Street, within the Countyline Corporate Park. The space will serve as both a corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility capable of producing thousands of cans and bottles of water each day.
Water Made From Air
A1RWATER uses advanced atmospheric water generation technology, which extracts humidity from the air, condenses it, and purifies it through proprietary filtration and mineralization systems. The result is ultra-pure drinking water — free from ground contamination and microplastics.“South Florida’s tropical climate makes it the perfect environment for water generation,” said COO Ryan Bibbo, noting that local humidity and temperatures optimize the process.
Economic Impact in Miami-Dade
The move will create 70 to 90 new jobs in Hialeah once the facility opens in May 2026, with operations running through 2036 under a long-term lease with Terreno Realty Corporation. The new headquarters is part of Phase III of Countyline Corporate Park, a major redevelopment providing convenient access to Florida’s Turnpike and I-75.
Partnerships and Future Plans
A1RWATER is already integrated into Miami’s ecosystem. The company is the official water of the Miami Heat and recently partnered with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits for local distribution.Executives Pete Carr (CEO) and Ryan Bibbo (COO) are both based in South Florida, underscoring the company’s long-term commitment to the region.
In addition, A1RWATER plans to go public on the NASDAQ via a merger with Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. III (NASDAQ: IPCX), a special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC).
A New Chapter for Hialeah
The relocation represents a strategic win for Hialeah and South Florida, positioning the area as a hub for sustainability and advanced manufacturing.“By bringing innovation, jobs, and global attention to Hialeah, A1RWATER is helping redefine Miami’s industrial future,” said Raydel Enriquez of VSRE, the firm that brokered the lease.
With the facility opening in 2026, A1RWATER’s arrival will mark the beginning of a new era for clean tech and environmental innovation in Miami-Dade.
