Butterfinger Brownies
These decadent chocolate Butterfinger brownies will not last long—perfect for using up any leftover Halloween candy.
Serves 6–8
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine melted chocolate, melted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until blended.
- Add in flour, and mix until smooth. Remove bowl from mixer and fold in Butterfinger chunks with a spatula until combined.
- Pour batter into a lightly greased 13-inch x 9-inch baking dish. Bake for 30–45 minutes or until firm. Let rest for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
Tip: This recipe is for homemade brownies. If you are tight for time, feel free to use box brownie mix and fold in chopped Butterfinger before baking.
