Proposed 62-Story Tower Could Add 800 Homes and Hotel Rooms to Miami's Growing Skyline

Miami's skyline may soon welcome another landmark development as developers move forward with plans for 13th Edge, a proposed 62-story mixed-use tower that would bring hundreds of new apartments, hotel rooms, and retail space to the city's rapidly evolving urban core.

The project is planned for 237 SW 13th Street, just west of Brickell, an area that has experienced tremendous growth over the past decade. If approved, the development would total approximately 648,700 square feet and include 400 residential apartments, 400 hotel rooms, ground-floor retail space, and a 234-space parking garage.

Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture for Grupo T&C, the proposed tower reflects Miami's continued shift toward high-density, mixed-use development.
