Ground-floor living is easy, with no stairs and parking right outside the front door. And the split-bedroom layout gives both bedrooms plenty of privacy. Bring a dog—or two! Jupiter Beach is just about 1,200 feet away through Carlin Park, past the newly finished tennis and pickleball courts. The Maltz Jupiter Theatre, Publix, and nearby restaurants are close by, too. And if you are looking for a vacation home or rental, our community has no rental restrictions. We also have a lovely pool, clubhouse, pond, and landscaped grounds. Living here is easy, comfortable, and feels like being on vacation every day. And at night, it gets quiet enough to hear the waves from the beach. I have felt very lucky to live here.
